Abstract | |||
These studies follow hereditary retinoblastoma survivors to identify risk factors for developing second primary cancers (sarcoma, melanoma, brain, and epithelial cancers). The increased risk has been attributed to germline mutations in the RB1 gene, however the extent to which these patients are at increased risk of dying is unknown. |
